The master plan of Capital Smart City has been designed by Surbana Jurong (SJ), Singapore’s leading infrastructure firm and one of the largest world-class planning consultancies. Spread across approximately 60,000 kanals, this landmark project represents Pakistan’s first RDA-approved smart city. The master plan is thoughtfully divided into two phases, strategically developed on both sides of the M2 Motorway to ensure balanced residential, commercial, and infrastructural growth.

Capital Smart City offers modern infrastructure, smart utilities, and a sustainable urban environment.
