According to the official master plan, the society is ideally located on Zone IV of Islamabad, with direct access from the Islamabad Expressway via Gulberg Greens.
The project is well-connected to major areas of Islamabad, providing convenient access points from Naval Anchorage and Gulberg Residencia Block H. Gulberg Residencia is surrounded by several well-known housing societies, including AK Society, OPF Society, Sectors Society, WAPDA Town, and Naval Anchorage, making its location highly desirable.
Gulberg Residencia Blocks
Gulberg Residencia consists of 21 residential blocks, each offering different plot sizes, facilities, and locations. The development of AA Series Blocks has recently started, further expanding the project. Every block is carefully planned to meet modern residential standards.
Gulberg Residencia Block A
